About Me

I have been writing for as long as I can remember, using words to paint a picture, bringing stories to life with the overall goal of telling a story in a way that people will truly remember.  What started as a kindergarten awards for "Best Storyteller" and "Creative Storyteller" turned into a degree in Film and Media Studies with an emphasis in Screenwriting from UC Irvine.  With a desire to learn more, I enrolled in the Professional Designation Program at FIDM in Los Angeles, thereby marrying my love of fashion and writing.  After working for multiple retail powerhouses as a stylist and merchandiser and writing all along the way, I eventually found myself in lifestyle writing and covering both local and world renowned artists, creators, entrepreneurs, designers and more.  As a professional copywriter for the last 13 years and counting, I will always strive to make every word count.
